Account Rules

Only one account at online Casino Wild io is permitted per person, family, household, address, computer, network connection, IP address, or payment method.

Recording of Play

Wild io Casino digitally records and archives all wagers. These records are used solely to resolve discrepancies. All casino play is documented, and the decisions of Wild io Casino management are final.

Liability

Wild io Casino is not liable in cases of force majeure events, including natural disasters, explosions, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, industrial actions, hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, or acts of terrorism. Wild io Casino also accepts no responsibility for failures of computers, telecommunications, or any data transmission systems that cause delays, errors, losses, or omissions.

Obligations of Players

Players may not commit or claim obligations beyond those specifically outlined in these Rules.

Data Security

Wild io Casino is not responsible for damages caused by the interception or misuse of information transmitted online.

Dormant Accounts

An account that remains inactive for 12 months or more, without deposits, withdrawals, or wagers, will be deemed “Dormant.” Balances of Dormant Accounts will be set to zero. Players who wish to reactivate a Dormant Account can contact Player Services to have their balance reinstated.

Agreement

These Rules represent the entire agreement and understanding between Wild io Casino and the players. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and other language versions of these Rules, the English version shall prevail.

Jurisdiction

It is the responsibility of each customer to determine if Wild io Casino services are permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Winning Limits

The maximum winnings on table games are capped at $250,000 in any 24-hour period and $1,000,000 in any 7-day period. Slot machine jackpot winnings in a 24-hour period are capped at $1,000,000.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to cancel any bet and to change games or stakes at any time. Errors in operation or in any game void all plays and payouts.

Casino Games

All casino games are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the casino software is error-free. Any malfunction or bug may result in wagers and winnings being cancelled. Players who deliberately exploit errors, malfunctions, or bugs will have their bets and winnings voided. The decisions of Casino Management are final.

Prohibited Software

The use of bots or advantage play software is strictly forbidden. Breaches of this rule may result in voided games and account closure.

Deposits and Fees
